I haven’t played this game in a while and no longer have it installed, but I only play in Linux and I’m pretty certain this is how I got portraits in my game.

I have two in walking distance. I’ve never been to either.

Ah, yes. States’ rights obviously don’t matter anymore.

I still play XCOM 2. The mod Long War of the Chosen really breathed new life into the game for me. I’d love to see the series continue.
